About the PUPU Covid Buster

I earned the distinction of the Grand Prize at the 21st Annual QQ Goose Painting Competition hosted by ISUX.

In this competition, we independently designed and realized models using 3D printing technology for participation.

Amidst the severe challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope this competition, themed around combating COVID-19, could bring additional encouragement and strength, especially to children and healthcare professionals.

This is a compilation of news reports and interview excerpts about SATAYQ.

Once, we indulged in great pleasure during our brief holiday in Bali, falling deeply in love with its island charm and scrumptious food. Upon returning to Hong Kong, the reminiscence of our enchanting vacation and exotic cuisine became irresistible. So, we boldly abandoned our stable jobs, ventured beyond our "comfort zone" and decided to revisit Bali, aspiring to acquire deeper insights from the local masters.

The humble yet respected elder, Mr.Ketut, shared with us his history and secrets, hoping that we would be able to introduce these precious insights to the world. By embracing traditional methods, we combined authentic Balinese spices with delicious peanut sauce to create a dream-like Satay, presenting the epitome of taste. At that time, we received extensive coverage and interviews from well-known Hong Kong media outlets such as Apple Daily, Eat & Travel Weekly, and U Magazine, rapidly gaining recognition and becoming a renowned restaurant in the area.

SatayQ, our established restaurant, specializes in serving skewered meats following traditional Indonesian marinating techniques. We prioritize every detail by marinating different choices of meats, such as chicken, pork, and beef, overnight using a blend of coconut oil, fresh onions, turmeric, pepper, and more. The soul of Indonesian dishes lies in the sauce, and at SatayQ, we firmly believe in authenticity without adulteration, with Satay sauce being a prime example. We enhance this base with a rich mix of ingredients like dried onion, minced garlic, old ginger, lemongrass, galangal, and sweet soy sauce, together with fried peanuts. As the skewered meats are grilled, the fat naturally permeates the lean meat. Served with our homemade Satay sauce, each bite is tender and never dry.
